Circular Quay, Sydney

Located on George and Pitt streets, the new precinct will include Sydney’s tallest commercial tower at 263 meters high

Turf Design Studio is working with Foster + Partners, Lendlease, and the City of Sydney on the public domain design for the new Circular Quay precinct.

Located on George and Pitt streets, the new precinct will include Sydney’s tallest commercial tower at 263 meters high, with over 45 percent of the precinct dedicated to community infrastructure, including the George Street and Rugby Place public plazas, a public cycle facility, public art, laneways and a three-storey community building.

Circular Quay forms part of a wider multi-billion dollar precinct renewal project currently underway, which includes the Wanda hotel and apartment development of the former Gold Fields House, AMP Capital’s Quay Quarter Sydney project and the refurbishment of the iconic Jacksons on George pub.

The development will connect George Street to Pitt Street, through to Circular Quay, creating a world-class commercial hub for residents, visitors and workers.
